Wood Repair WR 540 PRO Cordless Knot Filler Gun (18V)
The WR 540 PRO is the cordless Knot Filler gun from the Wood Repair system. It runs on the 18V battery you already own – DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch or Ryobi – through the matching Wood Repair adapter, so there is no cord to drag between repairs and no new battery platform to buy. Heat-up takes about five minutes, the dial sets the melt temperature between 210 and 410 °F (100–210 °C), and the gun shuts off automatically when idle to protect the battery.
It melts every 12 mm Knot Filler stick in all nine colors. Melt the filler into the knot or crack, press it flat with a cooling iron or brick, trim the excess and sand. Same gun as in the Wood Repair PRO Cordless Kit – for anyone who already has sticks and accessories or needs a second gun for the crew. Battery, adapter and Knot Filler sticks sold separately.

How it works
Fill
