The WR 180 is the entry-level Knot Filler gun from the Wood Repair system, made for window and floor installers, carpenters and serious DIY. Plug it into any outlet, let it heat up and start filling: the 80 W element runs at a fixed 375 °F (190 °C), the working temperature for Knot Filler, so the stick flows cleanly into the defect without any adjustment.
It takes the same 12 mm Knot Filler sticks as the PRO guns, in all nine colors. Melt the filler into the knot or crack, press it flat with a cooling brick, trim and sand. Same gun as in the Wood Repair Plus+ Kit – the lowest-cost way into the system for anyone who already has sticks or wants a spare gun. Knot Filler sticks sold separately.

How it works
Fill
Melt the filler into the crack.
Cool
Press flat with the cooling brick.
Cut
Shave the excess off flush.
